The first MINE production
The first 2018 vintage is dedicated to GAVI DOCG, the noble Piedmontese white wine, a production made with an exclusive method representing a prestigious novelty on the Italian wine scene.
The excellent raw material of this harvest was selected from vineyards of small producers in the 11 municipalities of the entire production area, and respectfully treated during the transformation phase in order to maintain all the organoleptic characteristics intact.
My method of grape vinification and wine processing, tested over many years of work, involves natural processing without the use of chemical products, but by exploiting the high machinery technology available today.
“Gavi DOCG“, the small production area of the noble Piedmontese white wine, includes 11 Municipalities in the province of Alessandria, which differ one to another for the alternation of marl, calcareous and clay soils, vineyards’ exposures to the sun, altitudes and microclimate.
MINE, My Gavi, is made with the best Cortese grapes from the vineyards of these 11 municipalities.
The true soul of Gavi is enclosed in this wine, an expression of richness, taste and aromas that these lands can offer.
